These cakes are simply DELICIOUS! These little “cheese”cakes, are so easy to make, are raw, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, dairy free and (added) sugar free. It’s nice to see this recipe can contain all those lovely little key words that are ever-so growing in popularity! Whether you have been diagnosed with a dietary intolerance or allergy, or you simply choose to avoid certain constituents in your diet, this little number should suit most people’s dietary requirements. Completely guilt-free!
