These fudge bars are seriously amazing! They are so, so delicious and completely satisfy my chocolate cravings. I don’t know about you, but chocolate is to me what cigarettes are to a smoker. I am completely addicted! Despite chocolate being not great for our health, I cannot quit, nor do I want to! That’s why I’ve been looking for healthier alternatives. You don’t need a large portion to kick the cravings, although it tastes so good you will need to restrain yourself from finishing the whole block! They are sugar free (apart from a little bit of sugar in the goji berries), dairy free and gluten free. A perfect dessert/snack for all of our friends with sensitive bellies.

Now this is a delicious winter warmer! A creamy risotto using brown rice as the base, bulked up with peas and creamed up with a lovely cashew nut cream. It also serves very well the next day as lunch. This dish wins for our sensitive friends, being gluten and dairy free & vegan.  Continue reading

Man, is this smoothie delicious or what! It is thick, creamy and filling. This bad boy keeps me full right up to a late lunch. It packs a good protein punch to help keep satiety post-workout and through a busy schedule. Hemp seeds boast multiple nutritional benefits, have a gorgeous pine-nutty flavour, and are a wonderful addition to create a creamy texture to a soup or smoothie.

These cakes are simply DELICIOUS! These little “cheese”cakes, are so easy to make, are raw, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, dairy free and (added) sugar free. It’s nice to see this recipe can contain all those lovely little key words that are ever-so growing in popularity! Whether you have been diagnosed with a dietary intolerance or allergy, or you simply choose to avoid certain constituents in your diet, this little number should suit most people’s dietary requirements.
